Behavioral Study: Chatbots

To understand what motivates people to use (or not use) automated technologies, and in what contexts they prefer to engage with chatbots vs. humans, I conducted five one-on-one interviews and a collaging activity.

Usability Study: Accessibility

Myself and two others tested a pharmaceutical giant’s career website for accessibility issues, running a lab-based usability study with participants who had visual, motor and/or cognitive disabilities.

Prototyping: The Gatekeeper

Through ethnography, observation & interviews, I produced several sketched iterations and a final 3D prototype of a redesigned watch for track coaches.
