About Me
For almost six years I’ve been working on digital experiences for top-tier clients including CA Technologies, Merck, Harvard, ESPN, Pegasystems and ST Microtechnologies. I have an insatiable curiosity about human behavior and how people interact with products. I’m talented in planning and conducting research at any step of the design process. Throughout my career I’ve been able to synthesize the ‘how’ and ‘what’ with the ‘why,’ delivering actionable insights to designers and engineers. My research skills run the gamut.
